1. Acceptance of Terms

These are the Swimpool 360 terms of service for our website and pool services. As a pool company serving Toronto with standard terms and conditions, by accessing or using swimpool360.ca or engaging us for pool work, you agree to be bound by these terms. They apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Swimpool 360.

2. Services

Swimpool 360 provides pool installation, service and maintenance, repair, and renovation services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. All work is subject to a separate written pool service agreement in Ontario or quote accepted by both parties. Service availability is subject to scheduling capacity, geographic coverage, and seasonal factors.

Swimpool 360 reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion. Engagement of our services does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes, as pool conditions, site factors, and equipment conditions beyond our control may affect results.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Written quotes provided by Swimpool 360 are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information available at time of assessment; additional costs may apply if site conditions encountered during work differ materially from what was assessed. Any changes to scope that affect pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement or invoice. Standard payment terms for completed work are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for installations and major renovation projects. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in service agreements.

5. Website Use
